AAT-FREEZING at Anuga FoodTec

In the international food and beverage industry, Anuga FoodTec is one of the most important trendsetting events. It covers all aspects of food production.

This year, 1,657 suppliers from 48 countries participated to provide a great exhibition for over 50,000 trade visitors from 152 countries.

AAT-FREEZING was also present with a display stand. In addition to the international sales partners, two representatives from the BT Group were invited this time. The participation in the trade fair, as well as the strong customer interest of the visitors, made a good impression on Klaus Kienreich of ECE-LOG and Christian Hartbauer of BT-Anlagenbau Quality Control Systems.

“The exhibition days were very successful with a great and motivated team. Every single one made a valuable contribution allowing a large number of interesting new contacts to be made. Since IFFA 2016, we have noticed a clear upward trend and the risk we took in the significantly increased marketing budget has since been rewarded. Due to the increased saturation of markets with more and more suppliers, professional trade fair appearances are more important than ever,” comments Martin Kink (Head of AAT-FREEZING).

“Currently the biggest AAT BoxFreezer is in Venezuela; it is 33 metres long and more than 12 metres high. But we have a lot of ideas for the BoxFreezer and we want to use the synergies of the BT-Group to develop the product further”, says Martin Kink, head of division.
