Kursk Project

Implementation of the largest overall system in the company's history

In keeping with the 45th anniversary, AAT is currently installing the largest overall system in the company's history in Russia, in collaboration with the end customer. The order volume includes 2 BoxFreezers, with a total freezing capacity of 640 tonnes per day, as well as carton and pallet conveyor technology for sorting and palletising, including 2 robot stations.

Despite the Corona crisis, the construction site did not come to a standstill and mechanical installation of the two BoxFreezers will be completed in the next few weeks. The programming and commissioning of the entire system will be carried out by BT-Anlagenbau. The planned completion should take place by the end of 2020.

"Development of the BoxFreezer has made enormous advances within the last 4 years. And we will continue to drive development even further in our future BT-Group Innovation Centre: Right down to the very last nut and bolt. We will continue to invest heavily in the continuous improvement of our systems.

Satisfied customers are our ultimate goal and gaining their trust in our systems is our most valuable reward."
